One of the efforts from a recent photowalk with John and Stacey in Columbia, PA. Columbia probably isn’t the first location you would think of when deciding upon a photo outing in Lancaster County, but in the short time we walked around, I think we found plenty to shoot.
From the old architecture of the row homes that reminded me of roots growing up amongst coal towns in Northeastern Pennsylvania, to the riverfront and the excellent landscapes it provided during the golden hours, Columbia had plenty to offer in terms of photographic diversity.
It just goes to show you that photographic opportunity is everywhere, and the best shots are most often found in the places you least suspect.
